The following link provides you access to our Online Admission's Site. You must create an account to access the online application. Only prospective 8th grade students who did not take the TACHS exam, or did not indicate St. John the Baptist DHS on their TACHS registration (code #698), or are seeking admissions as a transfer student need to submit an application.

Prior to completing the application, please make sure you have access to the following to be uploaded with your application:

• Last 3 years of Academic records (Final Report Cards or Unofficial transcript)
• Most Current Report Card
• Attendance Report (if not included on transcript)
• 2 letters of recommendation
• Discipline report (or letter from school official indicating none exists)
• Current IESP or 504 accommodation plan (if applicable)
• Once all materials are received, the Admissions Department will review the application and schedule an interview with the Director of Admissions.
