Fall 2024 sports sign-ups are happening now!
- Any incoming SJB student in grade 9 who is interested in trying out for a Fall 2024 sport must create a FinalForms account and sign up to tryout. (one sport per season)

When initially setting up your FinalForms account you must use a personal email for your student (different from the parent email). Once school starts you should change the student email to the SJB student email that is issued to them.- All students must have an up-to-date physical examination on file with the health office in order to participate in tryouts for fall sports. Only the NYS mandated health examination form will be accepted. The correct form can be found on the SJB Athletics Page or using this link: Physical Form Link
- Completed physical examination forms can be sent to the health office via mail or email at [email protected] and [email protected]. Forms may also be uploaded onto the FinalForms platform. All physical dates will be updated on FinalForms by the health office once an up-to-date physical is received.
- Tryouts will begin on Monday, August 19, 2024 with the exception of football which will begin on Thursday, August 15, 2024 . Check the tryout schedule for exact dates and times for each sport using this link: Tryout Schedule Link
- Tryout schedules are posted on the SJB website, Athletics page and Athletics Instagram page (sjbdhscougars). Any changes will be posted to the Instagram account (sjbdhscougars) or SJB website.
